Easy way to heal your body and yourself (Hint: Kick off your shoes!!!)

Earthing/ Grounding can be done by simply making a direct contact (walk/ laydown) with mother earth (grass, dirt, sand, stone, etc). You can also use earthing devices such as an earthing mat, sheet, wristband, shoes etc. By earthing, your body receives the Earth’s electrons from the ground into the body. The benefits include better sleep, reduced pain and inflammation, improved immunity, reduced stress and more. I make an effort to go out in the back yard everyday to soak my bare feet in the grass for at least 30 minutes to connect with earth. I also have earthing devices to help ground. I personally noticed that I have more energy and less irritable since I start earthing regularly. The best part of earthing is it is free and anyone can start doing this today. Let's get out barefoot and connect with earth!!! Just be mindful where you ground: clean surface, not chemical-filled.
